6 Week Bootcamp

This amazing 6 week bootcamp is perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to learn about fitness and nutrition.
This is geared towards clients who have little to no knowledge on how to go about their fitness goals and journey.
We will cover technique, movement standards, nutrition and mobility throughout the 6 weeks. Each week will consist of 3 classes on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday (with Wednesday focusing more on nutrition).
6 weeks (18 classes) $350 + tax. Thats $19 per class!
