If you’re new to CrossFit, you’ll start with three 1-on-1 fundamentals sessions. These will teach you everything you need to know so you feel confident and safe in class. Already experienced? You can skip straight to booking and enjoy our Metcon classes, Olympic weightlifting, and conditioning sessions right away.
