GILLIAN GOLDSWORTHY
REGISTERED DIETICIAN
Gillian is a Registered Dietitian with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC. Raised on Vancouver Island, she developed a love for the outdoors through hiking, camping, kayaking, and biking. Her passion for movement extended into competitive softball and hockey, where she first discovered the power of nutrition. That interest grew as she competed in Olympic Weightlifting at the provincial level, learning how to fuel the body for training and competition. Today, Gillian helps clients build sustainable habits that support their goals and lifestyle. She works with people to optimize performance, manage health conditions, or find more balance with food.
Outside of work, Gillian enjoys Olympic lifting, skiing, hiking, and creating new recipes to support her active lifestyle. She aims to help clients feel their best, nourished, strong, and confident in their choices.
