Fitness at its purest
A fitness regimen and high-intensity training (HIT) philosophy focused on "constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements". It combines gymnastics, weightlifting, and cardio to build holistic strength, agility, and endurance. It aims to improve overall fitness through scalable, daily workouts.

6 WEEK BOOT CAMP
Designed For Beginners
Our bootcamp program is designed for all abilities and fitness levels. We love beginners! To benefit from this program we ask that you fully commit to the entire length of the program. There will be difficult workouts and challenges (it’s worth it!). We want participants who will see it through to the end! The program does not work without your consistency and efforts. The 6 week program includes a free trial week to try out our regular class schedule, meet other coaches and members, and get a different experience of Driftwood!

PERSONAL TRAINING
A coach works with individuals or small groups to create and implement customized, safe, and effective exercise programs. Trainers assess clients' fitness levels, provide expert instruction on form, set personalized goals, and offer motivation to improve health, strength, or performance.

Sports Team Training

tailored, collective conditioning program designed to improve a team's physical performance, skill level, and cohesion, often led by specialized coaches in strength and agility. It encompasses customized workouts—covering speed, strength, and endurance—that are adapted to the specific sport and season, helping to maximize athletic potential and reduce injury rates.

DRIFTWOOD PURESTRENGTH
A structured group fitness session designed to build muscle, increase strength, and boost metabolism using resistance tools like dumbbells, barbells, or body weight. Led by instructors, these classes commonly include circuits, interval training, or high-repetition lifting to target major muscle groups.
