Driftwood Athletics offers a weekly schedule of classes for every fitness fan. Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, work your arms or core, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. Create your own personalized schedule by choosing the classes that suit your needs.

CROSSFIT CLASSES

These are traditional CrossFit classes that include a skill-based warm-up, skill or strength training, the Workout of the Day (or “WOD”), and mobility work. The workouts can always be scaled so that new athletes can work out alongside veteran athletes. On some days, the WOD will be a 10–20 minute metabolic conditioning workout that combines several movements or exercises that are grouped into sets and either completed for time or in as many rounds as possible (“AMRAP”). On other days, the class will focus on a strength piece (like a 1 rep max deadlift) followed by a shorter metabolic conditioning “finisher” workout.

6 WEEK BOOT CAMP

Our bootcamp program is designed for all abilities and fitness levels. We love beginners! To benefit from this program we ask that you fully commit to the entire length of the program. There will be difficult workouts and challenges (it’s worth it!). We want participants who will see it through to the end! The program does not work without your consistency and efforts. You WILL see results as long as you follow the plan, come with an open mind, and remember to have fun! Understand that all transformations are welcome. This challenge won’t be solely about losing weight, and everyone may come with a different goal in mind. That’s what makes the class unique! Have respect for both the coaches, other participants, and the rules of the gym. The 6 week program includes a free trial week to try out our regular class schedule, meet other coaches and members, and get a different experience of Driftwood!

FOUNDATIONS

Our Foundations program is where athletes new to CrossFit go to learn how to perform our movements and get familiar with our training philosophy. All the major lifts and exercises will be taught from scratch with an emphasis on technical proficiency.

KIDS CROSSFIT

CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers to help them develop a lifelong love of fitness. They will participate in basic fundamentals and very light lifting. Proper technique, cardio, fun and games are the main staples of this program for kids. Classes are Tuesdays and Saturdays! Price: 10 Pack of classes is $99. Drop-in is $13/class. Any questions, please inquire or sign up below!

DRIFTWOOD PURESTRENGTH

This class is perfect for members who want to focus on strength gains! Classes could include back squat, front squat, deadlift, overhead press, bench press, Olympic lifting technique (snatch/clean & jerk), core, plyometrics, mobility, etc. Looking for the perfect space to drop-in and follow your own programming? We have everything you could ever want.
