New Westminster Has
Great Gyms.
Great Physio Clinics.
But Not Both in One Place.
Most New Westminster residents training hard eventually get hurt — then they pause training, see a physio, get cleared, and restart from zero. The gap between rehab and return to performance costs months.
Driftwood is built differently. Your physios and coaches work together so you can stay in training while you recover — modified where needed, progressed as you heal.
Whether you're a CrossFit athlete, a runner dealing with knee pain, or someone returning from surgery — you don't have to choose between getting better and staying fit.
