No. Every movement in every class is scaled to match your current fitness level. Many members started with zero background. You begin with Fundamentals, learn the movements, and progress at your own pace. All fitness levels, ages, and body types train together at Driftwood Athletics in Burnaby.

Initial physiotherapy assessment: $168 (60 minutes). Follow-up sessions: $136 (45 minutes) or $105 (30 minutes). Physiotherapy is exempt from GST in Canada, so these are the amounts you pay. ICBC and WorkSafeBC claims are billed directly with no user fee, so there is nothing out of pocket. We direct bill most major extended health plans at no extra charge.
